1. Establishment of the Committee is under Section F: Special Conditions of Exploration Licence No 6505 of the NSW Mining Act 1992.

The license holder shall, within a reasonable period of time, establish a "Caroona Coal Project - Community Consultative Committee". This committee is to be chaired by a person appointed by the Minister for Mineral Resources. Regular meetings are to be held as determined by the Chairperson. All reasonable costs associated with the Chairpersons involvement and the maintenance of the operations of the committee (excluding the personal costs of other committee members) are to be borne by the license holder.
